玫烟色棒束孢菌对茶芽粗腿象甲杀虫效果初探

摘　　要：为明确玫烟色棒束孢菌对茶芽粗腿象甲的室内毒杀作用,试验以孢子浓度为2.5×10^7、5.0×10^7、7.5×10^7、1.0×10^8个/mL的玫烟色棒束孢菌孢子悬浮液进行处理。结果表明:玫烟色棒束孢菌对茶芽粗腿象甲有明显致病性,随着孢子浓度的增大,茶芽粗腿象甲的致死率增大,推荐使用孢子浓度为(7.5~10.0)×10^7个/mL的玫烟棒束孢菌悬浮液防治茶芽粗腿象甲。In order to evaluate the indoor effect of Isaria fumosorosea Wize on Ochyromera quadrimaculata Voss,four concentrations of Isaria fumosorosea suspension,(2.5×10^7,5.0×10^7,7.5×10^7 and 1.0×10^8 spores/mL),were used in the test.The results showed that Isaria fumosorosea Wize had obvious pathogenicity to the pest.With the increase of the concentration of the spore suspension,the lethal rate of Ochyromera quadrimaculata Voss increased significantly.We recommend(7.5-10.0)×10^7 spores/mL of Isaria fumosorosea suspension for the control of Ochyromera quadrimaculata Voss.
