摘　　要：共情能力是设身处地认同和理解别人的处境和感情的能力,包括认知、情感、理解和应对四个要素。共情能力是大学生社会主义核心价值观培育中重要的不可替代的因素。在社会主义核心价值观培育背景下,高校应该不断优化共情培养方式,创新共情培养手段,改进共情培养策略,拓宽共情培养平台,全面提高大学生的共情能力,促进大学生社会主义核心价值观的生成、固化和升华。Empathy is the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within the other person’s frame of reference,which includes four key elements of cognition,emotion,understanding and responding.Empathy capacity serves as a significant and irreplaceable factor in the cultivation of college students’core socialist values.In the context of promoting core socialist values,colleges and universities should constantly optimize the methods,innovate the means,improve the strategy,broaden the platform of empathy training,so as to enhance the empathy capacity of college students comprehensively,and to promote the generation,solidification and sublimation of college students’core socialist values.
