摘  要:为了对相控阵雷达收发组件剩余有效寿命(remaining useful life,RUL)进行预测,首先利用关联规则方法提取出了状态退化关键指标,通过计算多个状态退化关键指标对应的相似性,结合相似样本的RUL,得到不同指标对应的剩余寿命信息,根据不同指标的权重最终得到收发组件的RUL预测结果。算例分析与比较验证了提出方法的实用性和有效性,为电子装备RUL预测提供了理论指导,对部队装备维修保障人员合理计划维修资源和提高装备战斗力具有重要的意义。In order to predict the remaining useful life(RUL)of transmitter and receiver module in phased array radar,the key indices of state degradation are extracted by association rule method firstly,by calculating the similarity of multiple state degradation key indices and combining the RUL of similar samples,and then the residual lifetime information corresponding to different indices is obtained.Finally,the RUL results of transmitter and receiver modules are obtained according to the weight of different indices.The practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by example analysis and comparison,which provides theoretical guidance for the RUL prediction of electronic equipment.The proposed method is of great significance for the military equipment maintenance support personnel to plan the maintenance resources reasonably and thus improve the combat effectiveness of the equipment.
