摘  要:为研究离子液体处理下水稻种子萌发过程中内部水分的流动规律及分布情况,揭示离子液体的使用对环境安全的影响,利用低场核磁共振技术,对不同质量浓度离子液体处理的水稻种子在萌发过程中进行检测。以水稻种子为研究对象,采用质量浓度为0,4,6,8,10,12,14,16mg·L^-1的溴化盐([HMIM]Br)进行浸种,在侵种的第48h处于恒温萌发环境中的水稻种子,采集低场核磁共振横向弛豫时间信号数据,并通过反演运算获得横向弛豫时间T2反演波谱。结果表明:通过低场核磁共振横向弛豫时间T2,将水稻种子内部水分划分为结合水(0.1<T2<10ms)和自由水(10<T2<100ms)2种水分相态,随着离子液体质量浓度的增大,水稻种子内部结合水和自由水的峰面积均表现为逐渐减小,结合水和自由水的含量减小,并在质量浓度大于等于8mg·L^-1变化显著。同时,对于不同质量浓度离子液处理的水稻种子,在培养箱中进行育苗,分别在120h和336h对水稻种子样本统计发芽力,在144,192,216,240,264h检测水稻幼苗的苗长,结果显示离子液体抑制了水稻的发芽和生长,并且离子液体质量浓度越大,抑制作用越显著。该研究结果可为离子液体的使用对环境安全的影响提供一定的理论依据,并提出了一种快速、无损检测的方法。In order to study the flow rule and distribution of internal water of rice seeds during germination under the treatment of ionic liquid,and to reveal the impact of ionic liquid on environmental safety,low-field NMR technology was used to detect the germination process of rice seeds treated with different concentrations of ionic liquid.In this experiment,rice seeds were soaked with brominated salt([HMIM]Br)of 0,4,6,8,10,12,14,16mg·L^-1.Signal data of low-field NMR transverse relaxation time of rice seeds soaked for 48h in constant temperature germination environment were collected,and the T2 inversion spectral of transverse relaxation time was obtained by inversion operation.The results showed that the water content in rice seeds could be divided into two phases:bound water(0.1<T2<10ms)and free water(10<T2<100ms)after low-field NMR transverse relaxation time T2.With the increase of mass concentration of ionic liquid,the peak area of bound water and free water in rice seeds decreased gradually,the content of bound water and free water decreased,and the change was significant when the mass concentration was greater than or equal to 8 mg·L^-1.At the same time,rice seeds treated with different concentrations of ionic liquid were cultured in the incubator.The germination power of rice seed samples was collected at 120h and 336h respectively in culturing.At 144,192,216,240,264h in culturing,the seedling length of rice was measured.The results showed that the ionic liquid inhibited the germination and growth of rice,and the greater the concentration of ionic liquid was,the more the inhibition did.The research results provided a theoretical basis for the use of ionic liquids on environmental safety,and proposed an accurate,efficient and undamaged testing method.
