摘　　要：本文利用大数据技术对以往培训数据的挖掘,收集、分析和处理影响职教师资培训的有效指标,通过AHP层次分析法科学分配评价指标权重,结合FCE模糊综合评价法和参训学员真实的满意度调查数据进行建模及验证,实现培训质量的有效评价,为职教师资的评估提供有力支撑。In this paper,big data technology is used for mining,collecting,analyzing and processing past training data,analyzing the effective indicators that affect vocational teacher training.We assign the weights of evaluation indicators scientifically through AHP hierarchical analysis,and combining FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and trainee satisfaction survey data for modeling and validation,so as to realize the effective evaluation of training quality and provide strong support for the evaluation of the effect of vocational teacher training.
