摘　　要：目的分析无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的50例胃肠息肉患者,利用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组25例。试验组患者采用无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗,对照组患者采用普通消化内镜下高频电刀治疗。分析比较两组患者的手术情况、息肉一次清除率、并发症发生率与治疗后1年内胃肠息肉复发率。结果试验组患者疼痛评分低于对照组、手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者息肉一次清除率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗后1年内胃肠息肉复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉患者的临床疗效较为显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-frequency electric knife under painless digestive endoscopy in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,50 patients with gastrointestinal polyps in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group by using random number table method,25 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with highfrequency electric knife under painless digestive endoscopy and the control group were treated with high-frequency electric knife under common digestive endoscopy.The operative conditions,the rate of one-time polyp clearance,the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of gastrointestinal polyps within one year after treatment were compared.Results The pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among the patients in the experimental group,the rate of polyp clearance was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate of gastrointestinal polyps within one year after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency electric knife under painless digestive endoscopy is effective in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps.
