阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗脑血栓患者的疗效及其对动脉斑块的影响

摘　　要：目的关于阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓患者进行治疗的临床效果评价,并分析对患者的动脉斑块的影响。方法88例脑血栓患者均于盘锦辽油宝石花医院接受治疗,时间为2017年12月至2018年12月,以随机抽签的方法划分为观察组(n=44)与对照组(n=44),对照组治疗的过程中采用阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组则在对照组基础之上用药阿托伐他汀。对两组患者经过不同治疗的临床治疗效果进行评价,比较两组患者的颈动脉斑块面积等情况。结果治疗后观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率为9.09%,和对照组的6.82%无明显的差异,P>0.05。观察组治疗结束后NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、IMT、斑块面积分别为(11.20±2.24)分、(65.25±4.15)分、(0.56±0.21)mm、(1.41±0.44)cm2,而对照组分别为(16.52±2.48)分、(43.75±3.56)分、(0.65±0.14)mm、(1.53±0.41)cm2,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑血栓患者疗效显著,改善患者颈动脉斑块,同时不会增加患者出现不良反应的概率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of aspirin combined with statins in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis,and to analyze the effect on patients'arterial plaque.Methods All 88 patients with cerebral thrombosis were treated in Panjin Liaoyou Baoshihua Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=44)by random drawing.The control group was treated with aspirin during the treatment,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients after different treatments were evaluated,and the carotid plaque area of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,P<0.05;the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 9.09%,which was not significantly different from 6.82%in the control group,P>0.05.After treatment,the observation group's NIHSS score,Barthel index,IMT,and plaque area were(11.20±2.24)points,(65.25±4.15)points,(0.56±0.21)mm,and(1.41±0.44)cm2,respectively,while the control group were respectively the scores were(16.52±2.48)points,(43.75±3.56)points,(0.65±0.14)mm,(1.53±0.41)cm2,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of aspirin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis has a significant effect and improves the carotid artery plaque in the patients without increasing the probability of adverse reactions.
