摘　　要：目的分析计划、执行、检查和处理(PDCA)循环法在多中心新生儿窒息复苏中的应用效果。方法选取赤峰市各个医疗机构中新生儿科医护工作人员50名进行分析,所选50名新生儿科医护工作人员全部通过PDCA循环法接受新生儿窒息复苏培训,对比新生儿科医护工作人员开展PDCA循环法培训前后的考核成绩。结果新生儿科医护工作人员接受PDCA循环法培训前后的考核成绩对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过PDCA循环法开展专题培训,能够显著提升临床新生儿科医护工作人员对于新生儿窒息复苏理论知识以及操作技能水平。Objective To analyze the application effect of planning,execution,inspection and processing(PDCA)circulation method in multicenter resuscitation of neonatal asphyxia.Methods Fifty neonatology medical staff from various medical institutions in Chifeng city were selected for analysis.All 50 neonatology medical staff received neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training through PDCA cycle method.The assessment results of neonatology medical staff before and after PDCA cycle method training were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the assessment scores before and after the training of the PDCA cycle method among the neonatology medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusion Special training by PDCA circulation method can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation among neonatology medical staff.
