中西医结合治疗干眼症80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究中西医结合治疗干眼症80例的治疗效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月,我院收治的80例干眼症患者,采用随机分组分为试验组与对照组各40例,对照组应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液及口服A族维生素的西医治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上,应用中药内服结合中药煎汤熏洗眼部方式进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果试验组的泪液流量、泪膜破裂时间及基础泪液显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率是97.50%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方式对干眼症患者进行治疗,有利于改善患者眼睛肿胀干涩、眼睛灼烧感及异物感严重、眼睛红肿症状,且有利于增加患者的泪液流量,延长泪液破膜时间,增加基础泪液量,以此提升患者眼部舒适程度,治疗效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine on 80 cases of dry eye.Methods Selection from October 2018 to October 2020,our hospital 80 cases of patients with dry eyes,using randomized divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in the control group used sodium hyaluronate eye drops and western medicine treatment of oral vitamin group A,on the basis of treatment in the control group,patients in the experimental group application of traditional Chinese medicine internal and combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction soup fumigation treatment in the form of eye,compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results The tear flow,tear film rupture time and basic tear in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion By way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with dry eyes,dry eyes swollen,eyes to improve patients severe burning sensation and foreign body sensation,symptoms of eye irritation,and is beneficial to increase the patient's tears flow,extend the tear rupture in time,increase the base amount of tears,to improve patient comfort,eye treatment effect is remarkable,is worth using for reference.
