疏血通联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究对急性脑梗死患者应用药疏血通和前列地尔治疗的效果,以便为临床治疗工作提供可行参考依据。方法本文所选择的研究对象来自我院在2016年7月至2018年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者88例,通过随机方法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,平均每组为44例。对两组患者治疗时均配合采用常规治疗方案,在此基础上,对照组患者应用疏血通进行治疗,观察组患者应用药疏血通和前列地尔进行治疗,比较两组急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的70.45%,存在统计学差异性,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率为13.64%,对照组为11.36%,两组患者无差异,P>0.05;观察组患者MPV、FIB、BI、mRs、NIHSS均优于对照组,存在统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论在治疗急性脑梗死患者时在常规基础治疗方案上应用药疏血通联合前列地尔可大大的提升治疗的总体效果,且具有较好的安全性,可促进患者病症的恢复和相关症状的缓解,对改善神经功能方面具有重要意义,可推广使用。Objective To study the effect of shuxuetong combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eightyeight patients with acute cerebral infarction from July 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shuxuetong on a routine basis,and the observation group was applied with shuxuetong combined with alprostadil on a routine basis.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than the 70.45%in the control group.There was a statistical difference,P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 13.64%,and the control group was 11.36%.There was no difference between the patients in the group,P>0.05.MPV,FIB,BI,mRs,and NIHSS in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of shuxuetong combined with alprostadil in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can greatly improve the overall effect of the treatment,and has good safety,which can promote the recovery of patients'symptoms and the improvement of related symptoms relief is of great significance for improving neurological function and can be promoted.
