消解中国高等教育现代性焦虑并重塑文化认同

摘　　要：纵观我国高等教育的现代化发展进程,"焦虑"伴随着其现代性追求与后现代批判一路并存。自以鸦片战争为起点的近代时期起,中国思想进入多元碰撞期,空前的民族危机引发了高等教育领域的文化"焦虑"现象,在折射出中国高等教育发展症结的同时,也相对制约了高等教育体系的现代化建设。历经百余年探索发展,中国高等教育经历了萌芽、成型、发展、巩固、繁荣的历史阶段,已基本完成了高等教育现代化的"比、追、赶、超",国际化融合程度逐渐加深,与世界高等教育体系形成了紧密的共生关系。在现代化进程中,中国高等教育仍需要继续坚定文化自信,建立包容、开放、普适性的中国特色高等教育体系,持续增强国际影响力,与国际接轨并重塑文化认同,以提升在世界高等教育体系中的文化话语权。Throughout the development of modernization of higher education in China,"anxiety"has accompanied its pursuit of modernity and post-modern criticism.Since the modern history with the Opium War as the starting point,Chinese thought has entered the period of multiple collision.The unprecedented national crises has caused cultural"anxiety"in the field of higher education,which not only reflects the crux of the contradictions in the accelerated development of Chinese higher education,but also relatively restricts the modernization of the higher education system.After more than 100 years of exploration and development,Chinese higher education has experienced the historical stages of germination,formation,development,consolidation and prosperity,and has basically completed the"comparison,pursuit,catching up,and surpassing"of modernization of higher education,forming a close symbiotic relationship with the world higher education system.However,in the process of modernization,Chinese higher education needs to continue to strengthen its cultural self-confidence,establish an inclusive,open,and universal higher education system with Chinese characteristics,and continue to strengthen its international influence,and improve international acceptance and cultural identity in order to enhance the right of cultural discourse in the world higher education system.
