摘　　要：运用霍尔三维结构方法论,构建了大学教师教学学术发展的制度保障三维模型,并从时间维、逻辑维和知识维等三个维度进行深入分析,重点对教学学术制度保障的逻辑维进行了深入分析,从观念制度、交流制度、共享制度、评价制度和支持制度等五个方面勾画了大学教师教学学术制度保障的鱼骨图。大学教师处于教学学术发展不同时间维度是所需要的制度保障有所侧重,大学要从制度上引导教师自觉树立教学学术观念,保障教师的教学学术交流与反思,将教学成果公开化,支持教师教学学术发展。Based on Hall’s three-dimensional structure methodology,this paper constructs a three-dimensional model of institutional guarantee for university teachers’teaching academic development,and conducts an in-depth analysis from three dimensions of time,logic,and knowledge.It focuses on the logical dimension of teaching academic system guarantee,and outlines the concept system,exchange system,sharing system,evaluation system and support system.Finally,the paper gives a fishbone diagram of the guarantee of University Teachers’teaching academic system.University teachers are in the different time dimensions of teaching academic development,which requires some institutional guarantee.Universities should guide teachers to consciously establish teaching academic concepts,ensure teachers’academic exchange and reflection,publicize teaching achievements and support teachers’teaching academic development.
