施门祝氏医学传承体系特点研究

摘　　要：施门祝氏学术传承体系,是以京城四大名医之一的施今墨先生为源流,经四代人的传承发展而形成的一个集中医师承与院校教育为一体的学术传承体系。几十年来,秉承着"认认真真看病,老老实实做人"的宗旨,治愈了数以万计的患者,并培养了一大批优秀的门人弟子。通过研究施门祝氏学术传承体系的传承人培养方法,总结出其传承特点:院校教育与师承学习的无缝衔接,临床经验与学习心得的交流分享,传统医学与现代科学的结合创新,医学技能与医德品质的同步提高。The inheritance system of Shi Jinmo and Zhu Shenyu is derived from one of the four Beijing prominent TCM masters Shi Jinmo,passing down for four generations,and eventually has developed into an academic system with both apprentice education and school education.Over the past decades,guided by the motto of"integrity in personality and conscientiousness in treatment",tens of thousands of patients have sought treatment here and it has cultivated many high-level TCM physicians.This paper summarizes the following features of inheritance approach:smooth connection between school education and apprentice education;sharing of clinical experiences and learning reflections;integration and innovation of modern medicine and traditional medicine;improvement of medical skills and ethics.
