摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理模式对行低位直肠癌保肛术患者肠道症状与生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年5月~2019年6月于我院接受治疗的低位直肠癌保肛术后患者96例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者肠道症状、生活质量和术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者的排便感觉异常、便频便急、排便受饮食影响得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能、情感功能得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的首次下床时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理模式对低位直肠癌保肛术后患者的护理效果显著,能有效改善患者肠道症状及提高生活质量,缩短恢复时间,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the impacts of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing mode on intestinal symptoms and quality of life of patients undergoing anal sphincter preservation for low rectal cancer.Methods From May 2018 to June 2019,a total of 96 patients undergoing and sphincter preservation for low rectal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing.The intestinal symptoms,qualities of life and postoperative rehabilitation situations of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of abnormal defecations feeling,frequent and urgent defecations,and the impacts of diet on defecations in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function,physical function,social function,role function and emotional function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first time of getting out of bed,the first time of anal exhausting,the first time of defecation and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing mode has remarkable efficacy on patients undergoing and sphincter preservation for low rectal cancer,which effectively improves the intestinal symptoms of patients,raises the quality of life,shortens the rehabilitation time,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
