摘　　要：目的探讨一种自制便捷式种植牙导板在临床种植中的应用效果。方法对1例因牙缺失的下颌磨牙应用自制便捷式种植牙导板进行种植,随访1年。结果术后半年种植体达到骨整合,随访1年内种植牙功能良好。结论本导板应用于牙种植,能简化导板的制作,准确地引导钻孔,使种植体能准确地植入术前所设计的位置,便于医生临床种植的开展,但其长期效果有待进一步观察。Objective To explore the application effect of a homemade convenient dental guide plate in clinical implantation.Method A case of mandibular molars with missing teeth was implanted with a homemade convenient dental guide plate,follow up for 1 year.Result Half a year after the operation,the implant had good function.Conclusion The guide plate applied to dental implant can simplify the fabrication of the guide plate,accurately guide the drilling,so that the implant can accurately be placed at the designed position before implantation,and facilitate the clinical implantation of doctors,but its long-term effect remains to be further observed.
