派丽奥联合口腔正畸治疗对牙周炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨派丽奥联合口腔正畸治疗对牙周炎患者SNA角、SNB角、ANB角的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月本院收治的牙周炎患者92例,随机分为研究组和对照组各46例,对照组给予派丽奥治疗,研究组给予派丽奥联合口腔正畸治疗。观察分析两组临床疗效,SNA角、SNB角以及ANB角的改善情况,牙周指标变化情况等。结果研究组临床疗效93.5%明显高于对照组76.1%(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,研究组SNA角、SNB角以及ANB角的改善幅度明显大于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后1个月,研究组GI、PLI以及SBI等牙周指标水平明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论联合应用派丽奥和口腔正畸治疗对牙周炎患者治疗效果理想,可促进牙周指标水平改善,使患者的牙周功能尽快恢复正常,可推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Periocline combined with orthodontic treatment on SNA angle,SNB angle,and ANB angle in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with periodontitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Periocline,and the study group was treated with Periocline combined with orthodontic treatment.The clinical efficacy,the improvement of SNA angle,SNB angle,and ANB angle,and the change of periodontal index in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was 93.5%,higher than that of the control group(76.1%)(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the improvement of SNA angle,SNB angle,and ANB angle in the study group were significantly greater than those in the control group(all P<0.05).One month after treatment,the periodontal indexes of GI,PLI,and SBI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Periocline and orthodontic treatment is ideal for the treatment of patients with periodontitis,which can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of periodontal indexes levels,and make the patients'periodontal function return to normal as soon as possible.
