摘　　要：特邀调解作为多元化纠纷解决机制的重要内容在司法实践中发挥了积极作用。应通过立法提高规范层级,适当提高特邀调解员的准入门槛,加强财政支持,建立奖惩机制,不断完善特邀调解制度。As an important part of diversified dispute resolution mechanism,specially-invited mediation plays an active role in judicial practice.Through legislation,we should improve the standard level,appropriately raise the access threshold of specially-invited mediators,strengthen financial support,establish reward and punishment mechanism,and constantly improve the system of specially invited mediation.
