大腿皮肤游离中厚皮片修复重度结膜囊狭窄的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察大腿皮肤游离中厚皮片修复重度结膜囊狭窄的临床疗效。方法收集2018年1月~2019年3月在广西医科大学第一附属医院眼科住院行大腿皮肤游离中厚皮片移植修复结膜囊狭窄的患者资料,共6例(6眼)。观察患者术后移植组织存活情况、结膜囊深度以及是否可戴上义眼。结果所有患者植片与残留结膜融合良好,组织全部存活。所有患者结膜囊深度恢复,均能安装义眼。2例患者出现再次狭窄,经二次手术修复后,结膜囊狭窄改善,能安装义眼。结论大腿皮肤游离中厚皮片是修复重度结膜囊狭窄的理想组织材料。Objective To observe the clinical effect of free medium-thickness skin grafts on the repair of severe conjunctival sac stenosis.Methods Data of 6 patients(6 eyes)who underwent thigh skin free medium-thickness skin grafting for repair of conjunctival sac stenosis in the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2018 to March 2019 were collected.The survival of the transplanted tissue and the depth of the conjunctival sac were observed,as well as whether the artificial eye could be worn.Results The grafts and the remaining conjunctiva fused well in all patients,and all the tissues survived.All patients recovered the depth of the conjunctival sac and were able to install the artificial eye.Two patients developed stenosis again.After a second operation,the conjunctival sac was improved and the artificial eye could be installed.Conclusions The free medium-thickness skin of the thigh is an ideal tissue material for repairing severe conjunctival sac stenosis.
