摘 要:目的:通过CBCT影像测量分析,评估上颌窦外侧壁厚度及其变化趋势,以期为临床上颌窦提升手术提供理论依据和数据支持。方法:收集年龄在21-70岁之间,符合纳入排除标准的500位患者的CBCT影像资料,利用CBCT自带软件测量工具对患者上颌窦外侧壁厚度进行观察测量及统计学分析。结果:上颌窦外侧壁在窦底、窦底垂直向上1cm、窦底垂直向上2cm位置的平均厚度分别为3.97mm、2.62mm、2.61mm;上颌窦外侧壁在上颌侧切牙位置的平均厚度为3.1mm、在上颌尖牙位置的平均厚度为2.33mm、在上颌第一前磨位置的平均厚度为2.07mm、上颌第二前磨牙位置的平均厚度为2.52mm、在上颌第一磨牙位置的平均厚度为3.47mm、上颌第二磨牙位置的平均厚度为5.01mm、上颌第三磨牙位置的平均厚度为3.02mm;上颌窦外侧壁厚度从上颌窦近远中向最前点至最后点呈增加趋势。结论:术前通过对CBCT影像资料的观察测量,可以准确评估上颌窦外侧壁厚度及其厚度的变化趋势,能够为上颌窦手术的路径及手术方式的选择提供依据,确保种植手术得以更加准确安全的实施。Objective:CBCT imaging is used to evaluate the thickness of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus and the variation trend of lateral wall thickness,so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for clinical operation.Methods:CBCT imaging data were collected from 500 patients aged between 21 and 70 years who met the exclusion criteria,and then the thickness of the lateral wall were observed and measured by CBCT software.Results:At the position of sinus floor,1cm vertically upwards and 2cm vertically upwards,the average thickness of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus was 3.97mm,2.62mm and 2.61mm respectively.The average thickness of lateral wall of maxillary sinus at the maxillary lateral incisor,maxillary canine.maxillary first premolar,maxillary second premolar,maxillary first molar,maxillary second molar,maxillary third molarwere 3.1mm,2.33mm,2.07mm,2.52mm,3.47mm,5.01mm and 3.02mm respectively.The thickness of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus increased from the proximal and distal part of the superior sinus to the most anterior point and the last point.Conclusion:By the observation and measurement of CBCT imaging data before surgery,we canaccurately assessthe thickness of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus and the variation trend of lateral wall thickness,in order to provide a basis for the choice of maxillary sinus surgery path and surgical method to ensure the safe and more accurate operation of dental implants.
