摘  要:复合树脂因具有良好的美学性能和可操作性,广泛应用于口腔医学领域。临床常见的复合树脂以甲基丙烯酸酯类树脂作为基质,该类树脂含有烯烃类不饱和键,发生自由基聚合反应并在聚合固化后产生一定的体积收缩,不可避免的在树脂内部和树脂-牙体组织界面间产生收缩应力,导致微渗漏、继发龋等问题。复合树脂的聚合收缩性能影响修复体的使用寿命和临床应用效果,如何克服聚合收缩是复合树脂材料的研究热点。学者们剖析聚合反应过程,从调整树脂基质、添加无机填料、改进临床操作等角度入手展开了深入研究,利用树脂基质的化学反应机理、无机相的体积不变性及其对树脂有机相的增强作用等原理调控复合树脂的聚合收缩。本文总结分析近年来的相关研究进展,分别从复合树脂聚合收缩的机制、聚合体积收缩的测量方法、聚合收缩的影响因素及其控制方法等方面对复合树脂聚合收缩的研究现状进行了综述,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。以期为合成具有良好机械性能、低聚合收缩率和收缩应力的新型牙科复合树脂材料提供指导。As a resin-based compositematerial,resin composites arewidely used in the dental field due to their good aesthetics property and easy operability.Resin composites in routine dental clinical practice use methacrylate resin as the matrix.This kind of resin contains olefine unsaturated bonds,which causes free radical polymerization reaction and leads to certain polymerization volume shrinkage.Polymerization shrinkage inevitably produces shrinkage stress in the resin body and the resin-dental tissue interface,resulting in microleakage,secondary caries,and other problems.The polymerization shrinkage property of composite resin affects the service life and clinical application effect of restorations.How to overcome the polymerization shrinkage is a hot topic and of great significance.Scholars analyzed the polymerization process,and carried out intensive studies concerning adjusting resin matrix,adding inorganic fillers and improving clinical operations.Based on the chemical reaction mechanism of resin matrix,the volume invariance of inorganic phase and its strengthening effect on the organic phase of resin,the polymerization shrinkage of composite resin was controlled.This paper reviewed the research status of the polymerization shrinkage from three aspects,including the mechanism,the measurement methods of volume shrinkage,and its influencing factors and control methods.The future research direction of polymerization shrinkage of dental resin composites was also prospected.This paper aims to provide guidance for the synthesis of new dental composite resin materials with good mechanical properties,low polymerization shrinkage and shrinkage stress.
