摘　　要：UV喷墨3D打印木材,作为一种新型的板材表面加工技术,是在紫外光条件下利用数码喷墨将UV墨水打印在承印板材表面,墨水瞬间固化形成木纹肌理,优点在于无须制版,固化过程无溶剂挥发,可灵活设定打印数量、样式和效果。笔者从喷墨打印技术发展与应用、喷墨打印技术原理、UV喷墨打印木材技术三方面介绍了打印木材的研究背景,提出在人造板、指接板、低质实木、地板、家具等木制品表面打印3D木纹装饰面的规模化生产中,木纹数字图像、打印工艺方案、产品界面处理是板材表面喷墨打印3D装饰木纹的3个核心问题;从图像、工艺、材料三方面概述了UV喷墨打印3D木纹板材技术的研究现状,分析了木纹图像扫描编辑处理的方式、木纹图像分层及三维映射叠加打印的方法、承印基材与打印油墨的界面结合机理关系;并从设计多样化、产品功能化、生产规模化、数码定制化4个方面提出木纹打印技术研究的趋势与应用方向,进一步阐明UV喷墨打印3D木材技术研究的前景和意义。Industrial inkjet 3 D printing of wood is for a very specialized market,which can be applied for flooring,doors and decorative panels.To enhance product added value,there is an increasing trend recently to print wood grain patterns or provide texture to the building material and industrial products by surface treatments.The surface treatment is not only applied for decorative purposes,but also utilized for the practical sense purpose such as building 3 D naturel wood structures.Wood inkjet printing is a system,which should take into consideration the hardware,the ink and the interaction with the wooden substrate.Once the UV-curable inkjet technology has been chosen to print wood texture decorative surface,there are additional considerations including image/information processing,printing methods and quality.Printing 3 D wood texture on panels with UV inkjet printers is a new panel surface processing technology.The surface wood textures are instantly formed under the ultraviolet light through printing UV-curable ink on substrates.No platemaking,no evaporation of solution during the solidification process,and the flexible setting of quantity,style,and effect are the advantages of this technology.In this article,the research background of printing on wood-based panels is discussed through the development and applications,principles,and technology of the UV inkjet printing.The wood images,printing solutions,and product interface processing are presented as three fundamental questions in the large-scale production of 3 D wood texture panels,in which,the substrates include MDF,laminate,synthetic wood boards,etc.The images,technology,and materials are presented in this article to summarize the current research on the UV inkjet printers printing 3 D wood texture.The methods of image scanning and editing,layering,accumulating,3 D mapping printing and the interface adhesion of substrate panels and UV-curable ink are analyzed.Trends and applications of wood-texture printing technology are proposed in aspects of design diver
