摘 要:百万扩招背景下,高职生人数急剧增加,毕业生的就业竞争压力也随之加大。创业作为就业的一种形式,可以有效缓解高职生的就业竞争压力。创业自我效能感的提升是高职生创业的先决条件之一。提升高职生创业自我效能感可以缓解高职生就业压力、实现高职生人生理想、提升高职生整体素质,但高职生创业自我效能感受到家庭因素、社会因素和学校因素等多重因素的共同制约。可以从创造成功的积极体验、进行合理的归因训练、确定合理的行为预期入手,提升高职生的创业自我效能感。Under the background of one million enrollment expansion of higher vocational college students, the number of higher vocational students has increased dramatically, and the pressure of employment competition for graduates will also increase. As a form of employment, entrepreneurship can effectively alleviate the pressure of employment competition of vocational students. The promotion of entrepreneurial self-efficacy is one of the preconditions for vocational students to start their own business. Enhancing the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of higher vocational students can alleviate their employment pressure, realize their ideal of life and improve their overall quality. However, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of higher vocational students feels constrained by many factors, such as family factors,social factors and educational factors.We can start with creating positive experience of success, carrying out reasonable attribution training and determining reasonable behavior expectation, so as to improve the self-efficacy of entrepreneurship of vocational students.
