摘　　要：该文以适应“四新经济”为切入点,展开创新创业教育优化研究。在解析“四新经济”发展对大学生创新创业能力要求及对高校大学生创新创业教育重要性的基础上,指出当前创新创业教育存在教育内容与社会经济发展新趋势结合较弱、教育过程缺乏理论与实践的整合、对师资投入不够重视等问题。基于课程设计和实践锻炼两个视角,设计大学生创新创业教育优化方案,并落实到制度支撑维度,构建包括跨部门协同合作机制、师资队伍建设机制、成果评价体系在内的培养体系,提出了对策和建议。This paper takes the adaptation of the"four new economies"as the starting point to carry out the research on innovation and entrepreneurship education optimization.Based on the analysis of the importance of the"four new economies"for innovation and entrepreneurship,it points out that the current educational content of innovation and entrepreneurship education is weakly integrated with the new trend of social and economic development,the education process lacks the integration of theory and practice,and the teachers in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship education is insufficient.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization plan for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education from the aspects of optimizing course design and enriching practical exercises,building a training system including cross-department collaborative cooperation mechanism,faculty team construction,and achievement evaluation system.
