高校心理咨询教师工作规范探究

摘　　要：心理咨询是具有教育性、科学性与专业性的服务工作。心理咨询教师应按照职业伦理规范与学生建立良好的专业工作关系,并以促进学生的健康成长和发展为目的,同时要保障学生和心理咨询教师的合法权益,而严格的工作规范是基本保障。该文在梳理国家法律法规和行业规范的基础上,对高校心理咨询教师的工作规范进行了探究。Psychological counseling is an educational,scientific and professional service work.Psychological counseling teachers should establish a good professional working relationship with students according to professional ethics to promote the healthy growth and development of students and protect the legitimate rights and interests of students and psychological counseling teachers.Strict working standards are the basic safeguard.On the basis of combing national laws and regulations and industry norms,this paper probes into the working standards of university psychological counseling teachers.
