超重力处理对胡萝卜生理生化活性的影响

摘  要:以红黄2种颜色的胡萝卜为试验材料,采用二因素完全随机设计为试验方法,3000、6000、12000 r/min超重力分别对2种胡萝卜种子分别处理20、40、60 min,将处理后的种子直播于大田中,进行正常管理。在幼苗期测定其丙二醛和游离脯氨酸的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性。结果显示,超重力处理对红萝卜品种“三红八寸参”与黄萝卜品种“齐头黄萝卜”均有影响。3000 r/min+20 min处理的丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量高于对照,且处理间差异显著;红萝卜品种3000 r/min+20 min与12000 r/min+20 min处理间游离脯氨酸含量差异不显著;各处理的超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性均低于对照,差异达显著水平。因此,超重力处理可以增强植株的抗逆性,胡萝卜的超重力技术是抗逆育种的有效方法之一。With two kinds of red and yellow carrots as test materials,two factor completely randomized designed was adopted,3000,6000,12000 r/min hypergravity of two carrot seeds were treated for 20 min,40 min,60 min.Then,the processed seeds were sown in the field with normal management.The contents of MDA and proline in seedling stage and the activity of SOD and CTA were determined.Results showed that carrot varieties‘three red eight inch ginseng’and yellow radish variety‘abreast carrots’showed certain impact by hypergravity treatment.Contents of MDA and proline in 3000 r/min+20 min treatment were significantly higher than those of the control.Treatments of 3000 r/min+20 min and 12000 r/min+20 min showed no significant difference in free proline contents of red carrot.The activity of SOD in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control,showing significant differences.Therefore,the hypergravity treatment could enhance the resistance of plant,and the hypergravity technology in the carrot was an effective method for the anti-breeding.
