摘　　要：目的探讨美金刚联合喹硫平治疗高龄老年痴呆患者伴精神行为症状(BPSD)的临床效果。方法将42例老年痴呆伴BPSD患者随机分为对照组(n=22,美金刚)和观察组(n=20,美金刚联合喹硫平)。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4、8周后,观察组Behave-AD评分低于对照组,减分率大于对照组,MMSE及ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美金刚联合喹硫平治疗高龄老年痴呆伴BPSD患者效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate clinical effect of memantine combined with quetiapine in the treatment of senile dementia patients with behavioral and psychiatric symptoms of dementia(BPSD).Methods A total of 42 patients with senile dementia and BPSD were randomly divided into control group(n=22,memantine)and observation group(n=20,memantine and quetiapine).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,Behave-AD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the reduction rates were greater than those in the control group,and MMSE and ADL scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Memantine combined with quetiapine in the treatment of senile dementia with BPSD has a significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
