氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗高龄急性再发脑梗死患者的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗高龄急性再发脑梗死患者的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年3月本院收治的138例急性再发脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表及随机余数分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组69例。两组均给予神经保护剂、降低颅内压、治疗基础疾病等常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服阿司匹林肠溶片,观察组在常规治疗的基础上口服硫酸氢氯吡格雷片。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的神经功能评分明显降低,GCS-P评分明显提高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗显效率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷治疗急性再发脑梗死效果显著,安全性良好。Objective To compare the efficacy of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of elderly patients with acute recurrent cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 138 patients with acute recurrent cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table and random remainder grouping method,with 69 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment such as neuroprotective agents,reducing intracranial pressure and treating basic diseases and so on.The control group took aspirin enteric-coated tablets orally on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group took clopidogrel bisulfate orally on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the neurological function score of the two groups significantly reduced,the GCS-P score significantly increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The marked effective rate and total effective rate of treatment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hematocrit,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel has a significant effect on the treatment of acute recurrent cerebral infarction and with good safety.
