摘　　要：针对林学专业本科生毕业论文质量下降的问题,在新农科建设背景下,在“以本为本”、“四个回归”的总要求下,笔者提出通过改革人才培养方案、夯实专业基础、推进本科生科研项目申请、扩大推荐免试攻读研究生比例、提高高校毕业生管理水平等途径提升林学专业毕业论文质量,并最终达到提高林学专业人才培养质量的目标。In order to solve the problem of undergraduate thesis quality decline of forestry,under the background of Specialty Construction of New-Agriculture Science and the general requirements of Based on Undergraduate Education and Four Returns,this paper put forward a sequence of effective ways to improve the quality of the undergraduate thesis of forestry and achieve the objective of improving the forestry talent training quality,which mainly include reforming the talent training scheme,tamping the major foundation,promoting the application of undergraduate scientific research projects,expanding the proportion of postgraduate students recommendation without examination,and improving the management of graduates affairs.
