盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月安陆市普爱医院收治的帕金森病患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组给予司来吉兰片治疗,观察组给予盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、治疗前后认知功能、智力状态、帕金森病评分、日常生活能力及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%(χ2=4.440,P=0.035)。治疗8周后,2组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分均高于治疗前,统一帕金森评分量表(UPDRS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.551,P=0.458)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病可提高治疗效果,改善患者认知功能及智力状态,提高患者日常生活能力,且不良反应少,具有较高安全性,值得临床借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegilin tablets in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods 86 patients with Parkinson’s disease in Anlu Puai Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases) and control group(43 cases).The control group was treated with selegilin tablets,and the observation group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegilin tablets. The therapeutic effect,cognitive function,intelligence status,Parkinson’s disease score,daily living ability before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93. 02%) was higher than that in the control group(76. 74%)(χ~2=4. 440,P = 0. 035). After 8 weeks treatment,the scores of the MoCA,MMSE and ADL of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the score of UPDRS was lower than before treatment,and the change range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2= 0. 551,P = 0. 458). Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegilin tablets for Parkinson’s disease can improve the therapeutic effect,cognitive function and intelligence status of patients,improve their daily living ability,and have less adverse reactions,it is safe to use for reference.
