摘  要:目的了解公立医院医务工作者的组织认同状况,并探讨医院文化对组织认同的影响。方法运用方便抽样方法纳入两家公立医院共计450名医务工作者,调查其组织认同和组织文化情况。采用Pearson检验分析医务工作者的组织认同和组织文化之间的相关性,并构建结构方程模型分析两者的关联性。结果被调查者总体的组织认同感较高,但存在竞争机制不充分、分配方式不透明、工作激励不足等负面因素;员工的组织认同与文化认同存在高度的相关性和复杂的交互关系。结论医务工作者较为看重发展、效益和敬业取向等组织文化因素;公立医院应营造为员工所接受的组织价值观,真正落实以人为本的发展理念。Objective To understand the organizational identification status of medical workers in public hospitals,and to explore the influence of hospital culture on organizational identification.Methods A total of 450 medical workers from two public hospitals were recruited by using convenient sampling,and all received the investigation on the organizational identification and organizational culture.Pearson test was employed to analyze the correlation between organizational identification and organizational culture of medical workers,furthermore,the structural equation model was established to analyze the relevance between the two indicators.Results The overall organizational identity of the respondents was relatively high,but there were some negative factors,such as inadequate competition mechanism,opaque distribution mode,and lack of work incentives.High correlation and complicated interaction existed between organizational identification and cultural identification of the employees.Conclusion Medical workers pay more attention to organizational culture factors such as development,efficiency and professional orientation;public hospitals should create organizational values accepted by employees and truly implement the people-oriented development concept.
