摘　　要：目的分析安徽省利辛县中医院急诊科就诊及药物使用情况,为医院相关部门应急决策提供科学依据。方法抽取2015年1月-2018年12月安徽省利辛县中医院急诊科就诊登记信息及药物使用相关数据,分析患者就诊疾病及药物使用情况。结果呼吸系统疾病、损伤、消化系统疾病就诊人数居多占64. 66%,年龄20~60岁;每天早晨至凌晨存在"驼峰型"分布的就诊高峰期;中成药使用频次最高(30. 94%),化学药物中抗微生物药物使用频次最高(21. 91%);抗微生物药物选择上略倾向于基本药物。结论通过对急诊疾病构成、就诊现状、分布规律及特点、药物使用的研究,进一步加强急救队伍的建设及器材的配备,完善药物管理制度,合理调配医疗资源,建立合理有效的分诊流程,从而缓解急诊高负荷运转压力,提高快速反应能力和急救水平,使患者得到合理的诊治。Objective To study the emergency attendance and use of medicines in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Lixin County in Anhui Province,providing scientific basis for relevant departments of hospitals in emergency decision making. Methods From January 2015 to December 2018,the medical registration information and drug use-related data of the emergency department of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Lixin County in Anhui Province were collected to analyze the patients’ diseases and drug use. Results Respiratory system diseases,injuries,and digestive system diseases were the most visited,accounted for 64. 66%,aged 20 ~ 60 years old;there was a peak period of"humps"distribution from morning to early morning;Chinese patent medicines were used most frequently( 30. 94%),and antimicrobial drugs were used most frequently among chemical drugs( 21. 91%);the selection of antimicrobial drugs was slightly inclined to essential drugs.Conclusion Though the research on the types of emergency diseases,present situation,distribution and characteristics,and use of medicines,the construction of emergency medical team and the equipment should be further strengthened,the drug management system should be improved,and a reasonable and effective triage process should be established,so as to relieve the high load operation pressure in emergency,improve the ability of rapid response and emergency treatment,and patients receive reasonable diagnosis and treatment.
