摘  要:根据用户提出的超千次反复收放使用要求和实际应用工况的限制,设计了一系列水下光电复合轻型拖缆。该系列产品具有结构尺寸一定,密度要求一定,通过对承力单元的选择,并对承力件加工工艺技术改进,满足了轻型拖缆最小弯曲半径、反复收放无扭曲的使用需求;采用不同增重材料的填充,满足拖缆的密度使用需求。经检测,研制的该系列轻型拖缆满足了所有设计要求。A series of underwater opto-electric hybrid light towing cable are designed according to the requirements of over one thousand of times of repeated retraction and release put forward by users and the restrictions of practical application conditions.This series of products have certain structure size and density requirements.Through the selection of load-bearing units and the improvement of the processing technology of load-bearing parts,it can meet the requirements of minimum bending radius and repeated retraction and release of light towing cable without distortion.Different weight increasing materials are used to meet the density demand of towing cable.The test results show that the series of light towing cables meet all the design requirements.
