摘  要:基于信息化绩效护士考核平台以考核量化自动化、精准化、服务化为目标,通过对牡丹江附属医院呼吸内科护士考核进行信息化改革研究,护士信息化绩效平台可充分满足医院信息化发展的需求。Based on the information-based performance evaluation platform,with the goal of quantitative automation,precision and service-oriented assessment,through the research on the informatization reform of nurses’assessment in the Department of respiratory medicine of Mudanjiang Affiliated Hospital,the informatization performance platform of nurses can fully meet the needs of the development of hospital informatization.
