摘  要:气阀是压缩机的重要零部件。气阀的运动规律直接关系到压缩机运行的经济性与可靠性。通过在气阀上安装涡流位移传感器,实时采集阀片的位移信号,经采集分析仪、计算机与DASP V10软件组成测试系统。实现对压缩机气阀阀片运动规律的实时采集、显示和分析的方法。与传统的方法相比,涡流位移传感器测阀片的运动规律,测量精度高,抗干扰力强,信号不受阀片油污的影响。此方法除了进行压缩机的性能试验研究外,还可用于工艺压缩机的性能在线监测、故障分析和诊断。Air-compressor valve is one of the key parts in the air compressor.The motion of air valve is directly related to the reliability and economy of compressor operations.Tests samples real-time displacement signal of valve using eddy current displacement sensor on the valve.Test system consists of acquisition analyzers,computers and software of DASP V10.The new method completes real-time data collection,data visualization and data analysis of the motion rules of compressor valve.As suggested in the method,it is easy to see that using eddy current displacement sensor delivers a higher precision,a stronger antijamming capability and a lower signal impact of oil,as compared to traditional approaches.The methrod not only can analyze the performance of air compressor but also research on the on-line monitoring,fault analysis and diagnosis of performance.
