摘　　要：研究表明,对腹腔镜前列腺根治术患者实施合理的早期肠内营养可以改善患者预后,有利于恢复其胃肠功能,可以尽早获取体内所必需的营养,降低并发症的发生率,是腹腔镜前列腺根治术患者恢复的重要途径。本文综述腹腔镜前列腺根治术患者早期肠内营养的应用对胃肠功能恢复的影响的研究进展。Results have showed that the implementation of reasonable early enteral nutrition for patients undergoing radical surgery could improve the prognosis of the patients,help restore their gastrointestinal functions,obtain the necessary nutrition in the body as early as possible,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is the recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy important way.The paper reviewed the effects of early enteral nutrition on the recovery of gastrointestinal function among patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.
