摘 要:目的探讨在肺小细胞癌(Small cell lung cancer,SCLC)中,CDK4、CyclinD1、P16表达情况以及检验意义。方法选取80例SCLC患者及35例非肺癌组织作为研究对象,均对组织进行免疫组化染色,检测不同组织中的CDK4、CyclinD1、P16表达情况。结果SCLC中,CDK4、CyclinD1、P16的阳性表达率分别为67.50%、57.50%、35.00%,正常患者中各阳性表达均为0,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CDK4、CyclinD1与CgA、CD56、Syn表达呈正相关(P>0.05),P16表达与CgA、CD56、Syn表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论临床SCLC的诊断检查中,通过对CDK4、CyclinD1、P16表达的检测和分析判定,能够为早期诊断起到辅助性作用,有利于早期确诊并接受及时的诊治。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CDK4,CyclinD1 and P16 in Small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods 80 SCLC patients and 35 non-lung cancer tissues were selected as the study objects.All tissues were stained with immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of CDK4,CyclinD1 and P16 in different tissues.Results The positive expression rates of CDK4,CyclinD1 and P16 in SCLC were 67.50%,57.50%and 35.00%,respectively,and the positive expression rates were 0 in normal patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CDK4 and CyclinD1 were positively correlated with CgA,CD56 and Syn expression(P>0.05),while P16 expression was negatively correlated with CgA,CD56 and Syn expression(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and examination of clinical SCLC,the expression detection and analysis of CDK4,CyclinD1 and P16 can play an auxiliary role in early diagnosis,which is conducive to early diagnosis and timely diagnosis.
