摘　　要：生殖健康咨询是生殖健康优质服务的核心要素和生殖健康权利保障的基础。本研究基于人口政策调整、卫生计生机构合并、创新社会治理、"互联网+"四大背景,结合百姓生殖健康促进工程,探索建立医学高职院校适应于基本公共卫生服务中生殖健康服务人才的基础理论、专业课程、实习教程的教学教材体系;并兼顾基层卫生服务机构在职在岗人员对生殖健康服务的执业需求,研究建立针对在职卫生技术人员的生殖健康服务技能提升策略。Reproductive health counseling is the core element of quality reproductive health services and the foundation of reproductive health rights protection.Based on the four major backgrounds of population policy adjustment,merger of health and family planning institutions,innovative social governance,and"Internet+",and in conjunction with the People’s Reproductive Health Promotion Project,this study explores the establishment of a system of teaching materials for basic theories,professional courses,and practical courses for reproductive health service personnel in basic public health services in medical higher vocational colleges;and considers the practice needs of primary health service providers for reproductive health services,and establishes a strategy to improve the skills of in-service health technicians in reproductive health services.
