摘 要:目的探讨ZMIZ1-AS1编码区拷贝数变异与中国深圳地区人群2型糖尿病易感性的关系。方法选取深圳市二级以上综合医院诊断的2型糖尿病患者807例,以同期无糖尿病的社区健康人群711例为对照,采用TaqMan CNV分型技术检测两组外周血ZMIZ1-AS1基因拷贝数,分析ZMIZ1-AS1基因拷贝数基因型频率及其分布。结果病例组和对照组的ZMIZ1-AS1基因拷贝数基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.328,P>0.05)。在调整年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、体质量指数等混杂因素后,ZMIZ1-AS1编码区拷贝数缺失、拷贝数增加与2型糖尿病均无关联(χ^2=0.015、0.199,均P>0.05)。结论ZMIZ1-AS1编码区拷贝数缺失、拷贝数增加与2型糖尿病发病无关联。Objective To investigate the association between copy number alteration of ZMIZ1-AS1 coding region and susceptibility to type 2 diabetes in general population of Shenzhen,China.Methods Included was a study group comprising 807 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in several general hospitals(secondary or above)in Shenzhen.A contemporary cohort of 711 healthy individuals without diabetes were enrolled as controls.TaqMan CNV assay was used to detect the copy number of ZMIZ1-AS1 in peripheral blood samples of the two groups.The frequency and distribution of genotypes related to ZMIZ1-AS1 copy number were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the frequency distribution of genotypes related to copy number of ZMIZ1-AS1 between the study group and the control group(χ^2=0.328,P>0.05).After adjusting for confounding factors such as age,gender,smoking,alcohol consumption,and body mass index,there was no association between deletion or increase of copy number in ZMIZ1-AS1 coding region and type 2 diabetes(χ^2=0.015 and 0.199,both P>0.05).Conclusion Deletion or increase of copy number in ZMIZ1-AS1 coding region is not associated with development of type 2 diabetes.
