摘　　要：传统的结直肠癌诊断方式无法在非侵入性操作下对患者进行快速、高效的检测,一定程度上限制了结直肠癌治疗策略的发展。液体活检技术中针对外泌体的检测是近年来新兴的检测手段之一,而外泌体作为细胞间重要的通讯媒介,包裹着微RNA(miRNA)等成分携带大量的遗传信息,亦是检测探针的理想运送工具,可能成为结直肠癌诊断的生物标志物或检测载体。随着检测手段的不断更新和对结直肠癌发病机制研究的不断深入,外泌体miRNA已成为目前的研究热点之一。Traditional diagnostic methods of colorectal cancer can hardly detect patients quickly and efficiently with non-invasive operation,which restricts the development of treatment strategies for colorectal cancer to a certain extent.The detection of exosome in liquid biopsy is one of the new detection methods in recent years.As an vital communication medium between cells,exosome,which is wrapped with microRNA(miRNA) and other components,carries a lot of genetic information.It is also an ideal transport tool for detection probe,and may become a biomarker or even detection carrier for colorectal cancer diagnosis.With the continuous updating of the detection methods and the deepening of the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,exosome miRNA has become one of the current research hotspots.
