摘  要:p63基因作为p53基因家族成员之一,在结构和功能上与p53具有一定的同源性,受到广泛关注。根据启动子和选择性剪切的不同,p63可以编码多种亚型蛋白,发挥不同的生物学功能。p63主要参与细胞周期调控、凋亡、增殖和发育以及肿瘤形成等,还可参与p53介导的细胞信号转导途径。随着分子生物学的应用和研究的深入,检测到越来越多的p63亚型在妇科恶性肿瘤中表达,不同p63亚型与肿瘤的发生、发展过程存在必然的联系。目前p63与靶点的相互作用成为研究的热点,进一步研究p63蛋白的剪接机制及介导的生理信号途径,可以为妇科恶性肿瘤的诊断治疗、预后评估以及克服耐药性提供新视野。As a member of p53 gene family,p63 gene has certain homology with p53 in structure and function,and has achieved extensive attention.According to the difference of promoter and selective splicing,p63 can encode a variety of subtypes of proteins and play different biological functions.p63 is mainly involved in cell cycle regulation,apoptosis,cell proliferation and development,tumor formation and so on,as well as p53-mediated cell signal transduction pathway.With the deepening of the application and research of molecular biology,more and more p63 subtypes have been detected in malignant gynecological tumors,and different p63 subtypes are inevitably related to the occurrence and development of tumors.At present,the interaction between p63 and the target has become the focus of research,and further study on the splicing mechanism of p63 protein and its mediated physiological signal pathway will hopefully provide a new vision for the diagnosis and treatment,prognosis evaluation and overcoming drug resistance of malignant gynecological tumors.
