摘 要:牙周炎和糖尿病的免疫病理特征均以慢性炎症和免疫失衡为主,两者存在双向关系,互为危险因素,相互促进并形成恶性循环。辅助性T细胞17(Th17)是近年发现的重要的促炎CD4+T细胞亚群,与自身免疫性疾病密切相关;白细胞介素-17 (IL-17)是Th17细胞的重要效应因子,具有强促炎作用;Th17/IL-17可能在牙周炎与糖尿病的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,可为牙周炎与糖尿病双向关系的阐明提供理论依据,可能成为免疫治疗的潜在靶点。The immunopathological features of periodontitis and diabetes are mainly chronic inflammation and immune imbalance.There is a two-way relationship between them: they are risk factors for each other and promote each other and form a vicious circle.Helper T cell 17(Th17) is an important pro-inflammatory CD4^+T cell subgroup,which is closely related to autoimmune diseases;interleukin-17(IL-17) is an important effector of Th17 cells,which has a strong proinflammatory effect;Th17/IL-17 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of periodontitis and diabetes mellitus,which can provide theoretical basis for elucidating the bidirectional relationship between periodontitis and diabetes,and may become a potential target of immunotherapy.
