摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜根治术对老年直肠癌患者炎症因子及胃肠激素水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月本院收治的80例老年直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜根治术,比较两组患者手术指标、炎症因子及肠胃激素水平。结果术后,与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量较少,下床活动时间、住院时间及术后镇痛时间均较短,手术时间较长,CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较低,GAS、MTL水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年直肠癌患者行腹腔镜根治术,可有效提高手术效果,降低患者炎症因子,改善肠胃激素水平。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic radical resection on the levels of inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones in elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional laparotomy,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical surgery.The levels of surgical indicators,inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter time to get out of bed,hospital stay and postoperative analgesia,longer operation time,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 were lower,and the levels of GAS and MTL were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radical laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients with rectal cancer can effectively improve the surgical effect,reduce the inflammatory factors and improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones.
