摘　　要：目的了解和分析连云港市某区2018年中小学生视力不良现状及特点,为视力不良防控工作提供依据。方法对学生健康监测系统内2018年某区中小学生视力检查数据采用描述流行病学方法进行分析,采用SPSS25.0软件进行统计学分析。结果某区2018年中小学生视力不良总检出率为71.58%;视力不良检出率随年龄和学段依次增高,各学段的女生视力不良检出率均高于男生;城区视力不良检出率(75.22%)高于郊区(56.50%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论某区中小学生视力不良情况不容乐观,当务之急是全社会要群策群力,拿出切实有效的综合防治方案和措施,明确家庭、学校、医疗卫生机构、政府部门等各方面责任,提高全社会对视力保护的重视程度与健康意识,形成多方合力,共同维护儿童青少年视力健康。Objective To understand and analyze the current situation and characteristics of poor eyesight amongprimary and secondary school students in a district of Lianyungang City in 2018, so as to provide the evidence for improvingthe prevention and control of poor eyesight.Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze thedata of visual acuity examinations of primary and secondary school students within the student health monitoring system ina district in 2018, and SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The total detection rate of pooreyesight among primary and secondary school students was 71.58% in the district in 2018. The detection rate of pooreyesight increased with the age and grades, and the detection rate of poor eyesight among girls was higher than that amongboys in all grades. The detection rate of poor eyesight in the students living in urban areas was higher than that in thestudents living in suburbs(75.22% vs. 56.50%), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Thesituation of poor eyesight of primary and secondary school students in the district is not optimistic. It is imperative for thewhole society to make concerted efforts to come up with the effective and comprehensive prevention and control programsand measures, clarify the responsibilities of families, schools, medical and health institutions, government departments andother aspects, and raise the attention and health awareness of the whole society to the protection of eyesight of the students,so as to form various aspects. Together, we should safeguard the visual health of children and adolescents.
