摘 要:肺癌是全世界最常见的癌症,是对人群健康和生命造成威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一。尽管已经研究出许多抗癌药物,但在不增加化疗耐药性的情况下有效治疗肺癌仍然是一个挑战。多数肺癌患者在疾病发现时已失去手术治疗的机会;肺癌细胞倍增时间较短、易转移,且对于放化疗均不敏感,所以,基因治疗显得尤为重要。目前,治疗肺癌比较有效的疗法是小分子基因疗法,使用联合基因治疗方法可提高疗效,而且往往比单基因治疗更有效。近些年关于Si-MDM2(鼠双微基因2小干扰RNA)与p53基因联合应用对肿瘤影响的研究比较多,文章将从Si-MDM2与p53共表达质粒对非小细胞肺癌影响的进展进行综述。Lung cancer is the most common cancer in the world,and is the main cause of cancer death.Al⁃though many anticancer drugs have been developed,effective treatment of lung cancer without increasing chemo⁃resistance remains a challenge.Most lung cancer patients have lost the opportunity of surgical treatment when the disease is found;lung cancer cell doubling time is short,easy to metastasize,and is not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy;therefore,gene therapy is particularly important.At present,small molecule gene therapy is an effective therapy for lung cancer.It has been reported that combined gene therapy can improve the curative ef⁃fect,and is often more effective than single gene therapy.In recent years,there are many studies on the effect of the combination of Si-MDM2 and p53 plasmid on tumor.This paper will review the progress of the co-expression plasmid of Si-MDM2 and p53 on non-small cell lung cancer.
