摘　　要：培养大学生科学素养、增强高校毕业生创新创业和实践技能是高校教育改革发展的重要目标。本文通过对大学生创新训练项目的教学指导方式和方法的分析,探讨如何有效发挥教师指导作用,以达到创新训练计划培养创新型应用人才的教学目的。Cultivating college students’scientific literacy and enhancing college graduates’innovation,entrepreneurship and practical skills are all most important goals in high education reform and development.This paper discusses how to effectively develop the teachers’guiding role,starting from the guiding ways and methods,to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating innovative applied talents of students.
