摘　　要：众筹融资是当代互联网金融发展下的创新性融资模式,与陕西小微企业发展具有较高的契合度。科技、文化产业是陕西重点发展的产业,积极应用众筹融资支持小微企业发展。小微众筹项目要有特色,选择合适的众筹平台,并防范众筹融资中的风险。With the development of contemporary Internet finance,crowdfunding is an innovative financing mode,which has remitted the financing difficulties of the small and micro enterprises.Crowdfunding is relatively more suitable for the development of the small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi.Also,the innovation and entrepreneurship development in Shaanxi have provided wide application space for crowdfunding.Technological and cultural industries are the key industries to be developed in Shaanxi,and crowdfunding should be actively adopted to support the development of the small and micro enterprises.The small and micro crowdfunding projects should be distinctive,the appropriate crowdfunding platforms should be selected and the crowdfunding risks should be prevented.
