摘 要:全球经济进入数字化转型时期,数字化转型对领导者,尤其是公仆型领导的能力建设提出了新要求。因此,面对数字化转型升级的新环境,公仆型领导需要提出数字化能力建设。通过对数字化特征和公仆型领导概念的界定以及两者之间的关系梳理,探讨了数字化转型时期,公仆型领导的能力建设问题。包括提升领导自身数字化能力建设、制订数字化特征的公仆型领导工作任务、发展数字化特征的领导员工关系、创新数字化转型情境下的组织绩效提高方式。With the global economy has entered the period of digital transformation,it has brought severe challenges to leaders,especially for servant leadership.Therefore,facing of the new environment of digital transformation and upgrading,servant leadership needs to strengthen the digital ability construction.Through defining digital characteristics and the concept of servant leadership,as well as the relationship between them,this paper answers the question of how to construct the digital capacity for servant leadership in the period of digital transformation.Specifically,it includes improving the leadership's own digital capacity building,formulating the public servant leadership tasks with digital characteristics,developing the leader employee relationship with digital characteristics,and innovating the ways to improve organizational performance in the context of digital transformation.
