摘　　要：目的建立济生肾气胶囊中丹皮酚的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-C 18(250×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃;流动相:甲醇-水(55∶45),流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:274 nm。结果丹皮酚在2.575~25.75μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为101.02%,RSD为1.01%。结论RP-HPLC方法简便、测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于济生肾气胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定。Objective To establish a RP-HPLC quantitative method for the determination of paeonol in Jisheng Shenqi Capsules.Methods The chromatography column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),and the column temperature was 30℃.The mobile phase was methanol-water(55∶45).The flow rate was 1 ml/min and detection wavelength was 274 nm.Results The calibration curves of paeonol showed a good linear relation over the range of 2.575-25.75 g/ml(r=0.9995).The average recovery of paeonol was 101.02%and RSD was 1.01%.Conclusion RP-HPLC method is simple,and accurate with good reproducibility.Therefore,it can be used for the determination of paeonol in Jisheng Shenqi Capsules.
