摘  要:基于二自由度PID控制器的注射机液压控制系统,采用改进遗传算法进行二自由度参数整定。半实物仿真实验表明:改进遗传算法通过优化选择算子和变异算子提高算法搜索速度并保证全局最优性,具有更快的搜索速度和全局最优性,在最优参数的控制下液压系统具有理想的控制效果。The hydraulic control system of the injection molding machine based on the two-degree-of-freedom PID controller adopts an improved genetic algorithm for two-degree-of-freedom parameter tuning.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment shows:the improved genetic algorithm increases the search speed of the algorithm and guarantees the global optimality by optimizing the selection operator and the mutation operator.It has faster search speed and global optimality.The hydraulic system has a very ideal control effect under the control of the optimal parameters.
