摘 要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)作为一种高性能热塑性树脂材料,已广泛应用于各个行业,其强度、导热率等通过填料改性后将会得到大幅提升。本研究总结了填料的类型和含量对PPS基体结晶度的影响;填料间形成的导热网络对PPS基体热学性能的影响;添加碳纤维等弹性粒子对PPS基体的力学性能的影响;最后阐述了填料间的协同作用,通过在基体中形成的桥接机制对PPS的性能进行了提升。Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) as a high performance thermoplastic resin material, has been widely used in various industries. Its strength and thermal conductivity will be greatly improved after modification by filler. This paper summarizes the influence of the type and content of filler on the improvement of matrix crystallinity, the effect of heat conduction network formed between packing materials on the improvement of thermal properties of matrix and the effects of carbon fiber particles on mechanical properties of matrix. Finally, the synergistic effect between packing is summarized, and the improvement of PPS performance is described by bridging mechanism formed in the matrix.
